This article makes me wish that I had voiced my complaints about PacBell. I have had more than a few problems with them billing me incorrectly and overcharging me for products and services.CNET News.com says, Microsoft works to fix MSN privacy flaw. I’m glad to know that Microsoft is taking a month off for training and code review, but I with that they wouldn’t refer to problems like this as a hiccup.
