The Wheel Makes it Much More Real

We've been playing a lot of Pro Race Driver at the office.  The Logitech GT Force racing wheel adds so much to the realism.  I put off buying the wheel for many reasons.  I didn't want the wheel to be a crutch, I still wanted to keep up my skills when I was playing at a friends house, etc.  Now I feel like I really missed out.  The racing games have a totally new feeling of realism, it's much more like a sim.  The force feedback is not very advanced, but it certainly adds a level of difficulty.

Got a Wheel, Still Can’t Drive

Last night I bought the Logitech GT Force racing wheel because I'm finding it impossible to get into the LOLA races.  Using the DualShock2 controller I'm losing control in the corners and I had heard that the wheel would offer more control.  I'm sad to say that I'm not finding this to be true.  The car is still losing grip in the rear on tight corners and I'm not getting much more control.  This game is turing out to be a lot more difficult that I imagined.

Where’s the Link Go?

Argh, this game is hard.
